What You'll Be Doing:
* Learning and Growing:
You'll work directly with our senior engineers to learn how to diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues for our diverse client base, contributing to our mission of empowering clients through technology.
* Building Your Skills:
You'll be mentored on how to manage IT support tickets, providing clear and empathetic technical guidance that builds trusted relationships with our partners.
* Aiding the Team:
You'll assist in the day-to-day maintenance of our clients' IT infrastructure, getting hands-on experience with networks, servers, and security systems to help us deliver unique and reliable solutions.
* Developing Best Practices:
You'll learn to document IT assets and support activities, building a habit of precision and organization from day one, all within our new security-focused framework

* Familiarity with Windows and MacOS environments.
* A basic grasp of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP).
