Duration: b08–12 months, /b bpart-time (60% to 80%) /b, where you will play a crucial role in executing the digital agenda for all our brands. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and engaging in diverse projects that enhance your skills and professional growth. /p pbKEY TASKS: /b /p liSupport the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing the digital agenda for all Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland brands; /li liManage projects related to updating website content across all relevant Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland websites, including minor content updates; /li liMonitor and enhance SEO metrics (KPIs); /li liAssist in localizing global brand content by adapting content and design assets to local market requirements and providing assets in required formats for online advertising materials and e-content toolkits; /li liSupport campaign management (SEA, Programmatic, Social Advertising, etc.); /li liCreate reports and conduct data analysis on website and campaign KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Tableau; /li liObserve digital trends and handle additional ad-hoc tasks; /li liContribute to the creation and distribution of newsletters. /li pbWHO YOU ARE: /b /p liCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field; /li liHigh willingness to learn, well-organized, self-driven, with a quick grasp of new concepts; /li liPassionate about digital communication and innovations; /li liBasic knowledge of the digital environment; practical experience is advantageous but not required; /li liBasic project management skills, preferably in the digital domain; /li liSolution-oriented and analytical thinker; /li liStrong organizational skills and confident in interpersonal interactions; /li liStrong conceptual skills and clear communication; /li liFluent in both written and spoken German and English. /li pWe offer an exciting internship starting immediately, part-time (60% to 80%).
