Senior Product & Market Strategy Manager – LHH Neuchatel, Switzerland
For one of our clients, a leading innovator in wireless connectivity solutions, we are recruiting a Senior Product & Market Strategy Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
* Define product positioning, target segments, and value propositions for RFID solutions.
* Contribute to roadmap planning, pricing, and lifecycle management to ensure market alignment.
* Lead go-to-market initiatives and product launches, developing impactful sales and marketing materials.
* Support the global sales organization with product training and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with ecosystem partners and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
* Represent the compagny at industry events, conferences and webinars as an expert.
Profile / Qualifications
* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or product management.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business messages.
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
* Occasional international travel.
