Responsibilities
* Work from home days possible
* Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent
* Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills
* Attain organizational sales goals and revenues by creating a sales strategy
* Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
* Create sales reports in a timely fashion
