Ph3Global Brand Manager /h3 pWe are looking for a Global Brand Manager. /p h3Main Activities /h3 pBrand Strategy, Brand Performance and Planning /p ul liDevelop and execute a comprehensive global, science based, brand strategy. /li liDefine Brand positioning, value proposition and messaging that resonate with target audiences across markets. /li liMonitor industry and consumer trends, competitor’s product lines and activities, consumption trends, and develop in-depth market expertise. /li liRecommend market studies to understand the behavior of our different B2B and B2C targets to identify market opportunities and trends. /li liAnalyze internal sales performance and market data (panels/ad hoc studies) to identify business priorities. /li liEnsure the monitoring of activities and marketing plans across multiple markets, acting as a global point of contact to identify best practices and align with the overall strategy. /li liCollaborate with regional and local marketing teams to understand market specificities, needs and ensure alignment and effective implementation of global strategies. /li liManage the alignment and the good execution of the Brand Process to maintain consistency across markets. /li liMonitor brand performance metrics. /li liManage the product portfolio lifecycle. /li liProvide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement based on data driven insights. /li /ul pMarketing Campaigns and Initiatives /p ul liDevelop and implement the annual marketing plan to drive brand awareness and achieve revenue objectives and increase market share for the range of injectable products. /li liPropose communication strategies and develop assets to promote products to our B2B and B2C targets. /li liDrive, create and develop promotional materials supporting marketing campaigns. Oversee the roll out of marketing campaigns and measure the ROI. /li liManage, adapt, and update corporate communication materials (e.g., catalogs, brochures, print materials, and images). /li liEstablish relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and involve them in core marketing projects. /li liPlan and drive ad boards with KOLs to validate marketing concept, clinical approach and injection techniques. /li liWork closely with medical education department to ensure alignment between marketing and medical education strategies. /li liWork closely with various departments (medical affairs, clinical, regulatory, sales, purchasing) and communication agencies. /li liDefine and monitor the budget related to your projects. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector. /li liInterest in the Beauty sector and scientific medical brands, with a good understanding of premium brands in a professional market. /li liCollaborative mindset and agility to work in a fast‑paced environment. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, adaptability and resilience. /li liResults‑oriented with a "can-do" attitude. /li liExcellent command of English, both spoken and written, French is a plus but not mandatory. /li liAvailable to travel internationally (10‑20% of time). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
