They are looking to recruit, for two temporary assignments of 12 months, a profile of : /p p strong Senior Customer service Transport Logistics Planner 100% H/F /strong /p h4 Description de la mission /h4 p strong Order Management and Coordination : /strong br clear="all" /p p •Process customer orders, issue invoices, and manage shipping documentation. /p p •Ensure compliance with business and tolling rules for customers and supply sites. /p p •Organize and coordinate transportation between manufacturing sites, 3PLs, and customers, including import/export activities. /p p •Manage product returns and allocate costs to appropriate parties. /p p br clear="all" strong Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : /strong br clear="all" /p p •Collaborate with Quality teams for product release, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and quality control procedures. /p p •Work with Global/Regional Supply Chain teams on product launches, allocations, and change control activities. /p p •Partner with external manufacturing organizations to implement new supply chain models. /p p •Execute SAP transactions in full compliance with regulations (GDPR, EHS, and other standards). /p p br clear="all" /p brh4 Profil attendu /h4 p •SAP and other relevant computer systems a plus. /p p •Proven expertise in logistics, order processing, and delivering timely results with precision. /p p •Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high productivity and accuracy. /p p •Experience working in multinational environments and with virtual teams. /p p •Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong internal and external working relationships. /p p •Fluent in English (mandatory).br clear="all" /p p br clear="all" strong Education and Experience : /strong br clear="all" /p p •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field. /p p •Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharma or consumer products industry within a multinational supply chain environment. /p p •Experience with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs in the import/export field. /p p br clear="all" /p
