Proclinical is seeking a Scientific Communications Manager to join a dynamic team in the field of oncology. In this role, you will drive the planning and development of effective scientific communication strategies for data generated from clinical studies. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure impactful and compliant dissemination of scientific information.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain publication strategies with input from cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of plans.
2. Lead collaboration efforts by organizing and facilitating meetings, creating content decks, and aligning communication plans.
3. Manage the publication development process, including reviews, tracking, and compliance with publication management tools.
4. Communicate internally about published materials through announcements and summaries.
5. Engage with healthcare professionals and medical communication agencies to support publication efforts.
6. Provide scientific expertise and advice on therapeutic areas, unmet communication needs, and educational materials for healthcare professionals.
7. Participate in medical education events and contribute to the development of medical slide decks and other resources tailored to target audiences.
Key Skills and Requirements:
8. Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, PharmD, or MD) in Biomedical Sciences.
9. Experience in medical communications or publications management, particularly in diagnostics.
10. Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
11. Proficiency in Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines.
12. Strategic publication planning experience and understanding of the diagnostics industry.
13. Native-level proficiency in English with excellent writing and editing skills.
14. Proven ability to coach, teach, and collaborate effectively within complex teams.
15. Energetic, friendly, and dynamic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
16. CMPP certification is an advantage but not required.
