To support its growth, the company is seeking an HR Manager to develop human resource management and ensure its management. The position encompasses all current HR activities, from personnel management to tools and cross-functional HR projects, as well as internal communication and brand development. As a point of reference for employees and management, you will contribute daily to creating a structured and supportive work environment. Through your proximity to the teams, you will actively participate in maintaining and developing a positive experience while strengthening an employer brand that is faithful to the values and culture of the organization.Main responsibilities include:- Ensuring comprehensive HR management throughout the entire lifecycle of files, salaries, working hours, and legal compliance.- Developing and piloting the employer brand to enhance visibility and attractiveness.- Creating and evolving HR tools (configurations, data quality support), while coordinating recruitment processes, job postings, interviews, and follow-ups.- Contributing to the employee experience and coordinating onboarding as well as internal team engagement (newsletters, events, internal announcements).- Managing budgets and tracking processes related to development initiatives.- Maintaining relationships with external partners (institutions, academic world) and supporting the employer brand.- Organizing and coordinating external events (conferences, forums, visibility initiatives).- Serving as an HR contact for employees (advice, support), engaging in cross-functional HR projects and continuous training in human resources or related fields.Required profile:- Proven experience in an HR function including management and processing of HR files.- Mastery of office tools and HR software with excellent written communication skills in French (other languages: a plus).- Proactivity and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.- Rigorous attention to detail and confidentiality.- Interest in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement.- Awareness of sustainability, social responsibility, and environmental issues. jidfb4ecddaen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
