Your Impact
You manage interesting client projects in the field of HR Transformation and digital HR.
You develop new HR strategies and HR target operating models that are fit for the future.
You deliver national and international HR initiatives including efficiency assessment, process optimization, development of re- & upskilling concepts, etc.
You advise our clients in the evaluation and selection of future proof HRIS technologies.
You support interesting HRIS cloud implementation (SAP SuccessFactors or Workday) projects.
You take an active role in the expansion of a top-tier consulting team in the field of People & Organization and work in a dynamic international environment.
Your Skill Set
You hold at least a Bachelor's university degree (Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent).
You possess a minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly in HRIS/HRT consulting, including relevant project management experience.
You have experience in implementing HRIS cloud solutions, and holding a certification in SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday is a great advantage.
You manage project topics independently and proactively lead business development initiatives.
You excel in analytical thinking but also possess a creative mind to develop innovative solutions for our clients. You are familiar with agile working practices such as design thinking, SAFe, scrum, etc.
You establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping to extend our client network and build specific industry and functional expertise.
You are fluent in German (communication and facilitation skills) and English.
