E2E Test Lead
Location: Zürich
Start Date: April 2026
Contract duration: 6 months with further possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities
E2E Testing Leadership:
Own and manage test planning, test execution, and defect management for the assigned pod
Ensure full coverage and traceability across SIT and UA
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams across multiple systems and integrations
Project & Delivery Management
Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Report progress to program leadership and ensure readiness for test gates
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Business Analysis & Requirements Understanding
Review requirements, solution design, and process flows
Ensure clarity and completeness for test scenarios and end‑to‑end flows
Ensure consistency and compliance with governance processes
Navigate and understand a complex financial architecture with multiple upstream/downstream systems
Required Skillset
Strong Project Management capabilities (timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies)
Skilled in SIT & UAT End‑to‑End testing
Product knowledge of Payments / Fees & Taxes and/or batch processing cycles and reconciliation flows
Ability to understand and operate within a complex architecture landscape
Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence
Proven stakeholder management and clear communication skills
Solid Business Analysis background
English & German languages
