 
        
        Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives across marketing categories (e.g., creative, media, digital, events, PR).
 * Partner with internal and external stakeholders and external agencies to drive value, innovation, and performance.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders on creating and implementing marketing procurement strategies.
 * Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals and enhance client satisfaction.
 * Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships with a focus on quality, cost, and service.
 * Provide market insights and benchmarking to inform procurement decisions.
 * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
 * Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives and transformation efforts.
Qualifications:
 * 2–3 years of consulting experience, preferably in the areas of marketing, procurement, vendor management or sourcing.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with professionalism and poise.
 * Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
 * Client-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
 * Experience working in global or matrixed organizations is a plus.
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
 * Fluent in English and German
