Position: EUE Solution Architect
Role Summary:
The EUE Solution Architect will play a strategic role in crafting and managing state-of-the-art end-user technology environments. By working closely with IT stakeholders, vendors, and business units, you'll drive projects that increase operational efficiency, strengthen security, and meet the organization's evolving needs for a modern workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with business and IT teams to identify requirements and design hybrid workplace solutions to maximize efficiency.
* Develop solutions with technologies such as Windows, SCCM/Intune, and Microsoft 365, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration.
* Oversee end-to-end project execution for workplace modernization initiatives, prioritizing quality, timelines, and user satisfaction.
* Serve as a technical mentor, providing guidance and documentation to team members.
* Keep current with the latest developments in workplace technology to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Over 10 years of experience in IT architecture, particularly in endpoint management and hybrid workplace solutions.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* In-depth knowledge of Windows 10-11, SCCM, Intune MDM/MAM, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra, and PowerShell.
* Proven expertise in developing solutions for collaboration, communication, productivity, security, and mobility.
* Strong skills in communication, presentation, and team collaboration.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Windows, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM) are a plus.
* Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.
