PpThe Junior Corporate Sustainability Manager reports to the Chief Sustainability Officer and will play a role in developing, implementing, and supporting strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to our business and sustainability goals. You will be part of a high‑performing team that develops the Sustainability Strategy for the Roche Group and oversees its execution. /ph3Opportunity /h3ulliCoordinate and execute the development of executive presentations on sustainability. /liliTranslate sustainability content into clear, high‑level narratives and strategic messages that demonstrate the business value of sustainability. /liliTrack and consolidate the progress and achievements of the Roche Group sustainability priorities. /liliConduct deep‑dive research and external benchmarking into sector‑specific sustainability trends to generate insights for our sustainability positions. /liliDistill technical details from expert workstreams into clear, concise executive‑level summaries. /liliSupport strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to our business and sustainability goals. /liliManage timelines, stakeholder maps, and milestones for key activities, ensuring key strategic projects remain on track. /liliBringing necessary stakeholders along the journey, facilitating expert‑level meetings and projects, representing the corporate sustainability viewpoint and ensuring alignment with our broader strategic roadmap. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliMotivated, versatile, and highly organized, with the ability to navigate the technical complexity of sustainability topics while maintaining a sharp focus on high‑level strategic impact. /liliUniversity degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliProven working experience in top‑tier consultancy focusing on sustainability and/or healthcare (ideally from Pharma and/or MedTech). /liliPractical understanding of core sustainability themes and the Pharma/MedTech industry. /liliSolid understanding of the healthcare sector. /liliAbility to translate complex details into compelling, executive‑ready messages and presentations. /liliVery strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, allowing effective collaboration across divisions and building trust with experts and stakeholders at various levels. /liliStructured, systematic thinking and proven problem‑solving skills. /liliAbility to work in a dynamic, fast‑moving, and agile environment. /liliStrong editorial and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage. /li /ulpIf you are a proactive professional looking to apply your strategic mindset to drive meaningful change at Roche and for society, we invite you to apply. /ppRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
