Job description
1. You’ll be responsible for supporting your clients as good as possible by not only providing administrative support, but also by pro-actively collaborating with internal departments to ‘get the job done’.
2. You’ll be involved in our export administration, where orders, invoices, logistic planning, certificates, client files and complaints form a regular part of your agenda.
3. Our sales team will also count on you for reporting on orders, delivery dates, sales volumes, pricing, etc, just as our marketing team will appreciate your help in product launches, client inquiries, design follow-ups etc.
4. You’ll be in contact with many internal stakeholders; planning, expedition, warehousing…; to ensure an on-time delivery of the orders.

Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who has the following assets:
6. A Higher vocational education degree.
7. Your previous experience in a similar role (3-5 years) convinces us of your hands-on attitude, your knowledge of export systems and documents and your solution-oriented multi-tasking talents.
8. Given that your client contacts will span the globe, you are fluent in English and possess a strong intercultural flexibility.
9. Experience with ERP (SAP) and MS tools is a must.
