- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities in the trust, fiduciary, and corporate services space
- Actively leverage your existing network in Switzerland and international markets (e.g. LATAM, Eastern Europe)
- Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and proposal through to onboarding in close collaboration with internal legal, tax and client service teams
- Maintain a high level of technical understanding regarding international structuring, trusts, foundations, and regulated entities
- Represent the firm externally at events, client meetings, and in intermediary networks

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a business development or client-facing leadership role within a trust, fiduciary or corporate services firm
- Established network of contacts of potential clients (e.g. LATAM, Eastern European etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to work independently within a regulated environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales style
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a strong advantage
