About The Internship
Are you enthusiastic about communication and sustainability? Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking an intern to join our Group Communications team at our headquarters in Kilchberg, Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in corporate communications and reporting for a publicly listed global company, while helping shape the external messaging of the group. As part of the team, you'll support the full annual sustainability reporting cycle, contribute to various sustainability communication projects, and help manage media relations and events.
100% pensum, duration: 6-12 months
Your tasks
Support project management of annual sustainability statement
Support sustainability communication projects and tasks
Update sustainability communication materials, including websites, presentations, brochures, holding statements, etc.
Support the preparation of sustainability communication guidelines for the Group
Content creation (briefings, articles, brochures, etc.)
Support with and manage content on company intranet
Coordination of subsidiary inquiries related to sustainability and corporate communications and support with media inquiries
Support corporate events
Editing and reviewing of media releases
Support daily media monitoring
Your profile
Student (Bachelor or Master) in Communication, Journalism, or a related area
First professional experience in corporate communications, journalism, sustainability communication, or related area preferred
Strong affinity for sustainability matters (understanding of the cocoa industry is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluency in German and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
Ability to work independently but as a strong team player
Ability to work cross-functionally
High standards of quality and organization
Positive attitude and growth mindset
