We’re seeking motivated and resilient individuals to play a key role in vaccine production—both during the project phase and as we transition to routine operations.
What you’ll do:
During the project phase:
* Support the project team in defining and setting up innovative vaccine production processes.
* Collaborate on the qualification and validation of new production areas and processes.
In routine production
* Adhere to relevant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulations (e.g., hygiene concept, safety regulations).
* Independently operate production plants and equipment, including preparation, operation, and post‑processing, following SOPs.
* Perform microbiological environmental monitoring, in‑process controls (IPC), and sample taking.
* Monitor production processes, detect and report potential issues, and actively participate in continuous improvement processes.
* Conduct GMP‑compliant work and timely documentation of activities (e.g., computer systems (MES) or log books).
* Handle, clean, store, and inspect equipment.
What we’re looking for:
* Completed apprenticeship in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological fields, or a relevant university degree (Entry‑Level Candidates).
* Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production, particularly in GMP and cleanroom environments (Experienced Professionals).
* Safety awareness.
* Fluent in German and/or English.
* Willingness to work shifts (4 shifts).
* Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
* Flexibility.
