Responsibilities
* Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Abweichungsanalysen
* Unterstützung bei der NAV Plausibilisierung
* Unterstützung im Budgetierungsprozess sowie bei Forecasts von Immobilien und Gesellschaften, sogenannte Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV)
* Analyse, Bewertung und Überwachung von Risiken auf Stufe Liegenschaft und Portfolio (inkl. Stresstest)
* Mitarbeit bei internen und externen Finanzberichterstattung & Reporting
* Unterstützung bei Ad-hoc Auswertungen und Analysen mittels verfügbarem IT Tools
Qualifications
* Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft, oder betriebswirtschaftliches- oder volkswirtschaftliches Studium mit Interesse an Immobilien
* Erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Immobilienmanagement sind von Vorteil
* Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten mit solidem Verständnis für Finanztechniken im Zusammenhang mit Immobilieninvestitionen
* Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint
* Ausgeprägter Teamplayer
* Eigenmotiviert, proaktiv, und lösungsorientiert
* Gewissenhaft und genaues Arbeiten, priorisieren und strukturieren von Aufgaben
* Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, in Deutsch und Englisch
