CR of Maryland is hiring a full-time, Real Estate Inside Sales Representative to help homeowners sell their houses quickly and simply. You’ll speak with property owners who have already expressed interest in a cash offer and help guide them through the process. This is a fully remote, phone-based role with leads provided daily, no cold calling required, and a clear opportunity to earn $70,000 to $100,000 or more.

Responsibilities Make daily calls to warm homeowner leads
Ask strong discovery questions to uncover motivation and property condition
Log conversations and notes in our CRM with attention to detail
Follow up regularly with leads through calls, texts, and emails
Work closely with the acquisitions team to guide offers and deals
Attend weekly Zoom-based sales trainings and one-on-ones
Manage your pipeline and stay accountable to weekly KPIs
Qualifications U.S.-based with full-time availability (Eastern or Central Time preferred)
Confident, clear communicator with strong phone presence
Organized, consistent, and reliable with CRM and follow-up
Coachable and open to feedback — we provide daily training
