Role & Responsibilities:
* Identify and document requirements from various sources.
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance of requirements.
* Analyse technical and organizational risks associated with requirements.
* Lead the Change Control Board and manage change requests.
* Communicate requirements effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate requirements with other projects and systems.
* Drive the implementation of agile procedures in requirements engineering.
