To support the development of our activities and to strengthen our team we are looking for a:
Back-Office Assistant
Attached to the Sales and After-Sales Service (SAV) sector, you contribute to the smooth administrative operation of the service and ensure the liaison between customers and internal teams. In this versatile role, you ensure the follow-up of customer files, the coordination of SAV activities as well as various administrative tasks related to the life of the service.
Your main responsibilities:
* Processing customer orders, issuing order confirmations and administrative follow-up of files
* Planning and organising SAV interventions (corrective, preventive and maintenance) as well as updating information
* Issuing invoices and monitoring payments
* Updating performance indicators (KPI)
Your profile:
* Commercial employee CFC
* Ideally, 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
* Very good command of MS Office, ideally knowledge of an ERP
* Dynamic personality and able to manage several tasks simultaneously
* Conscientious and organised personality, service-oriented and with a sense of responsibility
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Fluency in French, English and German being a plus
