Responsibilities Handle and classify incident reports via phone and email, and process support tickets.
Ensure effective communication with customers.
Inform customers about planned maintenance windows and the status of major disruptions.
Assist in maintaining ICT services in the company's data center and at client sites.
Qualifications Completed commercial or IT basic training.
Enthusiasm for IT or experience in a related field.
Experience in customer contact.
Fluent in German; English skills are a plus.
