Your Role

* Serve as the single point of contact for fast-scaling startups, providing them with support for their day-to-day legal needs.
* Advise innovative companies on how to mitigate the regulatory impact on their products and services.
* Work closely with a great team of other tech counsels in building and advancing our practice in the fields of contracts, IP, and digital regulations.
* Take ownership of your client relationships, projects, and decisions – with the freedom to shape how you work.


Who You Are

Hard Requirements:

* Full professional proficiency in both German and English
* Swiss bar admission
* Strong interest in technology and digital business models

Great to Have:

* Hands-on technological experience – for example:
o Having built an app
o Having constructed a robot
o Holding a drone license
* Business experience – for example:
o Having started a company yourself
o Having worked in a small startup
o Having worked in venture capital
* Relevant legal experience – for example:
o Drafting and negotiating software contracts
o Working with regulated technologies (e.g. medical devices, drones, dual-use goods, AI)

4. Show us what you can do: Complete a written and oral sample work challenge and show us how you work.
