We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager & Solution Sales professional with a strong background in Core Banking, Private Banking, Banking Digitalization, and Fintech solutions. In this role, you will manage and expand relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities. You should have a deep understanding of core banking workflows, private banking, and digitalization tools, along with excellent relationship-building skills to position our products and services as essential solutions for clients in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in private banking. Act as their primary contact and trusted advisor for banking and digitalization solutions.
2. New Business Development: Identify and generate new client opportunities within the banking sector for both core banking and workflow tools, driving growth and expanding the client base.
3. Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Core Banking systems, Private Banking, banking workflows, and digitalization tools to provide high-value recommendations and solutions.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, product, professional services, project management, and support) to ensure successful client onboarding, project implementation, and ongoing customer success.
Requirements
1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management, sales, or business development within private banking, core banking, fintech, or banking digitalization.
2. Knowledge: Solid understanding of Core Banking systems, Private Banking, and Banking Digitalization.
3. Client-Focused: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, especially in private banking, with a focus on client needs.
4. Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales skills, managing complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and closing deals successfully.
5. Language Skills: Fluency in German (Swiss German preferred) and English (spoken and written). French is a plus.
6. Fintech Affinity: Passion for fintech innovations and understanding of digital banking trends in private banking.
7. Location: Based in or around Zürich, with flexibility for local travel. Home office twice a week accepted.
