Define and govern end-to-end SAP solution architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and alignment to enterprise IT standards
Design modular and extensible solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and emerging technologies (e.g. Fiori UX, AI/ML, Cloud Integration, IoT)
Lead architecture initiatives for pharmaceutical manufacturing and logistics, covering SAP modules such as PP, MM, and WM
Ensure seamless integration with adjacent systems including MES, LIMS, MDM, and other SAP/non-SAP platforms
Optimize processes for batch management, serialization, production execution, and quality control, applying a Clean Core strategy
Develop solutions that meet GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and ISO 27001 requirements; support validation and audit readiness
Apply ISA-95 integration frameworks to connect Level 3 (MES) with Level 4/5 (ERP/enterprise systems)
Translate complex business requirements into scalable digital capabilities ; facilitate solution workshops, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment
Provide architecture governance across project lifecycles to ensure design consistency across global operations
Promote modernization through intelligent automation, SAP BTP innovations and industry best practices
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelors or Masters)
Several years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect within regulated manufacturing or life sciences
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Proven track record in manufacturing and logistics architecture, including compliance-driven environments
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, production, and quality processes
Experience in integration design between ERP and Level 3 systems (MES, LIMS)
Ability to balance regulatory compliance with technological innovation
Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional facilitation, and strategic communication
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
