The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and market share expansion in Zurich. This role involves developing strategic account plans, researching new business opportunities, and collaborating with global account teams to achieve sales targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Drive total profitable revenue growth and market share expansion in assigned existing and new account portfolio in Zurich.
* Create a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity.
* Research and identify new business sales contacts, develop relationships, and revenue opportunities from existing clients.
* Prepare a strategic account plan for each key- and prospect account.
* Identify new prospect accounts through constant market analysis.
* Work proactively within global account teams.
* Produce reports using corresponding systems for analyzing data and preparing action plans.
* Report to the Country Director of Sales.
Your Skills and Experiences:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality or tourism.
* At least 3–4 years' experience in sales within the hotel industry.
* Experience in contracting and negotiating.
* Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management.
* Able to identify business opportunities, develop accounts, and close deals.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Energizing and friendly personality.
* Fluent in MS Office.
