This position requires extensive experience in orthopedic surgical reconstruction and training, with experience in sales and account management highly preferred. /p pNote: Candidates must reside near an airport hub in the Northeast (EWR, JFK, LGA, BOS, DTW). /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain current clinical and competitive knowledge of the small joint arthroplasty market. /li liParticipate in surgical procedures to assist healthcare professionals with the proper use of Small Joint Arthroplasty products. /li liConduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals. /li liEnsure surgeon insights and feedback are shared with marketing and product development teams in alignment with the legal manufacturer. /li liParticipate and assist in executing comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, sales teams, and distributors to ensure a deep understanding of the products. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders. /li liIdentify and engage with key opinion leaders to establish product credibility and advocacy. /li liCollaborate closely with sales leadership and regional management to build a strategic business plan that includes activities to support revenue growth objectives and training requirements of each territory. /li liAssist the National Accounts team in gaining access to new facilities. /li liProvide technical and clinical support during the sales process to address customer inquiries and concerns. /li liIdentify new business opportunities and potential markets for the Small Joint Arthroplasty line. /li liDevelop and execute plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption. /li liStay updated on the latest clinical advancements and incorporate relevant findings into product positioning. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a relevant field. /li li10+ years of proven experience in Total Joint Arthroplasty medical education, training support, and related field within the orthopedic or medical device industry.
