Job Description
We are seeking a professional for the following responsibilities:
Regular analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual results
Preparation of budgets and forecasts with a focus on sales, in close collaboration with the management of the sales organization AT
Development or optimization of group reporting
Ad hoc analyses, preparation of sales-relevant information and KPIs for sales management
Variance analysis and recommendations for action
Identification of optimization potentials in sales processes to increase efficiency and performance
Participation in HR controlling
Close cooperation with external accounting, management, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless process integration
Qualifications
Completed commercial or financial education or degree with a focus on controlling
Professional experience in controlling
Strong skills in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Teamwork skills and a solution- and result-oriented working style
High analytical and conceptual skills
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
