Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for efficiently ensuring material availability, taking into account cost optimization, on-time delivery and compliance with the required specifications. Independent handling of the entire procurement process – from the needs check and order initiation to incoming goods and invoice verification – including supplier complaints, in compliance with the company's internal purchasing guidelines
The working model for the role is: Mainly on-site / home office of 1 day.
They are mainly responsible for:
- Independent handling of the entire purchasing process – from the determination of requirements to ordering and goods receipt to invoice verification. Processing of complaints as well as coordination of imports and customs clearance.
- Ensuring on-time and cost-optimized material availability. Active problem solving in the event of delivery delays and disruptions as well as monitoring supplier performance.
- Close coordination with internal departments (e.g. planning, warehouse, SCM) and external suppliers to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintenance of master data, compliance with relevant purchasing, quality and safety guidelines as well as collaboration in optimization projects.

Qualifications for the role
- Basic commercial, technical or logistical training
- Further training in the field of operational purchasing
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs for reporting tasks
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, MM modules
- Assertiveness and communicative skills
- Outgoing and trustworthy personality
- Initiative, developing ideas
