Senior Technical Recruiter EMEA
Mission
Reporting to the Head of HR EMEA he/she will attract and retain exceptional talent across technical and business functions. He/she will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while influencing hiring strategy across the region.
Main responsibilities
Operate as a strategic talent partner, owning hiring outcomes across EMEA and contributing meaningfully to how the company scales;
Lead full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, covering highly technical and business-critical roles;
Build, nurture, and activate strong talent pipelines through thoughtful, proactive sourcing strategies;
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to clarify role scope, define hiring criteria, and align on long-term talent strategy;
Deliver high‑quality, well‑calibrated candidate shortlists that balance speed, rigor, and mission alignment;
Drive a best‑in‑class candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding;
Guide and educate hiring managers on structured interviewing, market intelligence, and objective evaluation practices;
Own recruiting performance metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, quality‑of‑hire) and use data to continuously refine approach;
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthen company's visibility within key talent communities;
Identify and implement process improvements that increase consistency, efficiency, and quality across the EMEA recruitment lifecycle.
Knowledge and experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field;
7+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience in high‑growth, international technology environments;
Experience hiring in regulated industries (software development, financial services, crypto, fintech);
Experience supporting high‑growth or scale‑up environments;
Demonstrated success hiring complex technical profiles (engineering, infrastructure, security) across multiple EMEA jurisdictions;
Experience managing cross‑border hiring complexities within EMEA.
Main competences
Data‑driven approach to recruiting, with a clear understanding of hiring velocity, pipeline health, and quality‑of‑hire metrics;
Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence;
Comfort operating autonomously in a distributed, remote‑first organization;
Fluency in English is required; additional professional proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or another EMEA language is strongly preferred;
Integrity and professional ethics.
