Your responsibilities Programming corrections, optimizations, and enhancements to our customers' existing systems
Assisting the helpdesk team in troubleshooting operational issues with our customers' systems
Coordination and communication within the team, with suppliers, third-party companies, and customers
Short-term and planned assignments at customer sites
Supporting and advising our customers in the event of malfunctions, optimizations, enhancements, and upgrades
Your profile Professional experience in the maintenance of electrical and automation systems in an industrial environment
Programming experience with Siemens Step7 and TIA, Beckhoff
Quick comprehension, networked and analytical thinking, and an understanding of technical contexts
Open, agile, and reliable, flexible and resilient
Motivated, independent, customer- and team-oriented approach
Category B driver's license
Written and spoken German
