PpAs our company continues to grow and expand, and to further strengthen our IT Department, we are currently recruiting a qualified professional for the position of /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liManage and support IT infrastructure, systems, services, staff, and vendors of STAAR Surgical AG which includes Swiss and International users /li liEnsure IT infrastructure and systems operate optimally with minimal downtime and unplanned outages /li liPerform validations for infrastructure and systems as applicable /li liStay informed on current and new technologies to support the company and to propose new technologies for improving security, reducing costs, increasing system performance, reducing compliance risks, maintaining compliance, etc. /li liProvide hands on technical support and system administration including non-business hours as needed for weekend and 2nd shift production /li liManage IT staff by establishing goals and objectives, providing job related training, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, and developing personal growth opportunities /li liReview and update IT policies and procedures to comply with applicable regulations and standards /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT Management with strong focus on IT Infrastructure /li liTechnical knowledge of Microsoft office 365, Azure, Networking and support ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP) /li liProficient experience with warehouse and manufacturing technologies such as printers, RF Guns, IOT /li liProject Management experience in implementing hardware and software systems /li liVery good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred.
