This position plays a critical leadership role in driving strategic quality initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across the site. This role supports the Head of Quality and the Quality Leadership Team in executing the Site Quality Plan, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and enhancing the effectiveness of quality systems and governance.

What you will do:
* Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of quality improvement initiatives, particularly those stemming from the site’s risk register and aligned with the Site Quality Plan
* Managing the portfolio of quality projects in collaboration with QLT and site assets, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
* Designing and maintaining an efficient meeting structure within the Quality organization, including ownership of agendas and follow‑up for daily, weekly, and strategic meetings (e.g., Quality Council)
* Acting as a strategic partner to Manufacturing Operations and other site functions, ensuring alignment and integration of quality objectives across the value chain
* Supporting the QLT in tracking and reporting on key initiatives related to people, finance, and innovation
* Driving harmonization and standardization of quality practices across different assets and technologies at the site
What we are looking for:
* Academic degree in Life Sciences/ Engineering/ Business Administration or related field
* Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
* Fluent English (verbal and written) is required
* Proven drive to enhance team performance in both compliance and operational efficiency
* Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross‑functional projects within a matrix organization
* Skilled in task prioritization within a GMP‑regulated environment and across the organizational value chain
* Transparent and proactive in escalating compliance or performance‑related concerns
* Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing enhancements
* Ease in contextualizing and presenting issues and solutions to senior stakeholders
