Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in a high-end hospitality setting.

This prestigious position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales activities, and analyzing customer production to ensure targets are met.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and developing the sales team through coaching, providing feedback, and setting performance targets.

Requirements / Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality.
* Strong network on regional, national, or international level.
* Effective time management, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
* Creativity, openness, and teamwork abilities.
* Contact-friendly with exceptional interpersonal skills for external and internal clients.
* High-quality awareness and trend perception.
* Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial reports, sales data, and market trends.
* Flexibility and resilience - business trips are part of the job.
* Valid driver's license.
* Excellent English language skills. Additional language skills are an asset.
