Your profile
* Legal right to work in Switzerland without requiring employer-sponsored visa support
* Master’s degree in financial engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, energy engineering, finance, or a related field
* Graduate by the program start date (October 2026)
* Strong interest in the energy sector and motivation to continuously learn and grow
* International mindset with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Resilience, ownership and a collaborative team spirit
* Empathetic, results-oriented and flexible in your approach
* Willingness to work in Olten or Lausanne (hybrid)
* Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
