PpbChange Communications Support Specialist (6-Month Contract with high possibility of extension) /b /p pBasel, Switzerland /p pUp to CHF 110,000 annualized (pro rata) /p p6-Month Contract /p pEnglish required /p pWe are currently supporting a leading global organization undergoing a major transformation program and are looking for a bChange Communications Support Specialist /b to join the team in Basel. /p pThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and has experience delivering communication and change initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders. /p h3What you’ll be doing: /h3 ul liSupport delivery of communication and change activities across a transformation program /li liDraft and update communication materials including emails, presentations, FAQs, leadership messaging, and talking points /li liMaintain communication assets including toolkits, QA documents, and SharePoint content /li liCoordinate inputs across HR, communications, and functional teams to ensure timely delivery /li liSupport leadership meetings, workshops, and engagement activities /li liPrepare manager enablement materials and coordinate logistics /liliGather and organize stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement /li liMaintain trackers, timelines, and task lists to ensure visibility across workstreams /li /ul h3What we’re looking for: /h3 ul li3–6 years of experience in bcommunications, project coordination, change management, or transformation environments /b /li liStrong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics /li liExcellent organization and attention to detail /liliComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment /li liExperience working in global or matrix organizations is a plus /li liFluent English required /li /ul pIf you’re interested in supporting impactful change initiatives in an international environment please send your CV and number to or apply directly via LinkedIn. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
