Financialaccounting&reporting
* End-to-endbookkeepingforbothentities(AR/AP,invoicing,bankreconciliations,revenuerecognition,multi-currencyP&L&balancesheet,cashforecasting).
* Monthlycloseschedule,varianceanalysis,KPIpacksfortheCOOandtheOfficeoftheCEOs.
* CoordinationwithexternalauditorsforSwissstatutorystatementsandU.S.CPA-preparedfilings.
Tax&compliance
* SwissVAT,corporatetax,andpayrolltaxcompliance.
* OversightofU.S.federal/statetaxfilingsviaexternalpartners.
* MaintenanceofinternalcontrolsandadherencetotheSwissCodeofObligations.
Cash&treasury
* CashflowforecastinginCHF&USD,FXriskmonitoring,bankingrelationships.
* Treasuryreportingandliquiditymanagementforthegroup.
HR&payroll
* FullSwisspayrollprocessing.
* LiaisonwithU.S.payrollproviderforthesubsidiary.
* Maintenanceofemployeerecords,benefitsadministration,andstatutoryreporting.
Contract&adminmanagement
* Centralrepositoryforcustomer,supplier,andemploymentcontracts.

Teamleadership

* Experience:5-10yearsinaccounting/finance,withatleast2yearsinasupervisoryrole.Direct,hands-onexperiencewithOdooERP/accountingismandatory.
* Qualifications:Swissfinancecredential(FederalDiploma,orequivalent)andsolidknowledgeoftheSwissCodeofObligations.
* Technicalskills:AdvancedExcel/financialmodelling,multi-currencyreporting(CHF/USD),andcomfortableworkingwithexternalU.S.CPA/payrollproviders.
* Payrollexpertise:ProventrackrecordofhandlingSwisspayrollend-to-end,includingsocialcontributionsandpensionschemes.
* Languages:FluentinEnglishandFrench(written&spoken).
