Your new role: As Senior Marketing Manager, Obesity you will be responsible for leading one of the most significant product introductions in our obesity portfolio. This role is central to shaping and executing launch strategies, driving commercial success, and ensuring effective market readiness across regions and affiliates. Acting as a bridge between headquarters, local teams, and cross‑functional partners, you will translate strategic objectives into impactful initiatives that maximise reach, adoption, and patient impact.
Main responsibilities
 * Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for obesity products, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regional priorities
 * Conduct market research and analyse consumer and competitive trends to inform positioning and decision‑making
 * Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver launch excellence and commercial readiness across all markets
 * Manage planning, execution, and performance optimisation of launch activities outside the top three markets, tailoring approaches to local dynamics
 * Oversee the creation and adaptation of brand materials when HQ resources are unavailable, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance
 * Organise and deliver internal training for regions and affiliates in line with HQ strategy, fostering knowledge sharing and launch preparedness
 * Participate in key industry events and launch activity plans to gather insights, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and refine strategic approaches
Qualifications
 * Hold an academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
 * Have at least 8 years’ experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
 * Have proven expertise in product management, market research, and promotional campaign development
 * Be skilled in interpreting market research and consumer behaviour trends to predict future needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly
 * Be fully proficient in English, both written and spoken
 * Experience within the obesity therapeutic area is an advantage
Work in an office‑based position, either in Copenhagen or Zurich. The final location will be confirmed during the recruitment process, taking business needs and candidate fit into account.
