The Senior HR Executive will oversee and support all HR operations for our Swiss office, ensuring alignment with group HR standards while complying with local labor laws and regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of Swiss employment legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multi-company HR processes, employee relations, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
* Oversee end-to-end HR activities for Swiss office.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation aligned with legal requirements.
* Manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
* Coordinate payroll data with Finance, ensuring statutory compliance.
Compliance & Labor Law
* Act as the main HR contact for Swiss labor law matters.
* Ensure HR policies, contracts, and processes comply with local regulations.
* Support audits and statutory reporting.
* Update management on labor law changes.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage sourcing, screening, and selection for open roles across brands.
* Coordinate with hiring managers on job requirements.
* Handle employment contracts and probation reviews.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
* Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
* Support performance reviews and improvement plans.
* Promote a compliant and positive work environment.
Policy Development & HR Best Practices
* Implement HR policies aligned with company and local laws.
* Improve HR processes and ensure engagement initiatives rollout.
Coordination & Cross‑Country Support
* Act as liaison with Parent Company HR.
* Support mobility, travel compliance, and expatriate documentation.
* Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
* Minimum 4+ years HR experience, preferably multi-country.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws.
* Experience in compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
* Fluency in English and Italian; German/French is a plus.
* In‑depth HR compliance knowledge.
* Strong interpersonal and advisory skills.
* Cultural awareness and adaptability.
* Ability to work independently across time zones.
