We are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team and support the growth of our client while enhancing their brand presence in Switzerland. Responsibilities
* Manage and lead marketing campaigns for services and global brand initiatives in the Swiss market.
* Oversee the entire campaign process, from briefing to execution, including creative development and media planning across ATL and BTL channels.
* Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborating with global and central departments (PR, social media, website, CRM) to ensure local relevance.
* Coordinate with in-house creative teams and external agencies to produce campaign materials.
* Engage with store teams and regional managers for feedback before, during, and after campaigns to ensure effective execution and incorporate learnings.
* Complete campaign performance reports, tracking KPIs, capturing insights, and sharing findings with the team.
* Assist the Marketing & Digital Director in reviewing and approving creative assets prior to launch.
* Manage campaign budgets with accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
* Maintain and reprint customer-facing materials like brochures and leaflets.
* Monitor brand performance metrics such as brand consideration and service uptake KPIs.
* Evaluate ROI of advertising spend using tools like Media Attribution analysis.
* Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of campaigns.
* Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and agencies for efficient campaign execution.
Profile
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
* Degree-level education with 4-6 years of experience in marketing communications for consumer brands or services in fast-paced environments (e.g., FMCG, retail).
* Proven experience managing campaigns across TV, radio, digital, and social media.
* Experience coordinating with media and creative agencies.
* Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills.
* Self-starter, results-oriented, and motivated by customer impact.
* Comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Strong experience managing budgets for large-scale campaigns.
