About the Company:

Operating with a streamlined and highly skilled team based in Zug, the company focuses on managing and coordinating outsourced service providers. The firm is seeking a (Senior) Transaction Manager with a university degree, preferably in real estate, economics, or finance, and professional experience in real estate transactions. Your stakeholder management and real-state finance know-how will have a direct impact on business as a whole.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute real estate financing transactions, including structuring underlying assets and coordinating borrowers and service providers such as lawyers, notaries, engineers, and banks
2. Negotiate transaction terms with borrowers
3. Manage and structure collateral
4. Assist in brokering finance and fund administration
5. Aid in preparing control reports, investor reporting, and liquidity planning
Candidate Profile:
6. University degree with relevant experience in real estate financing or transactions
7. Organized, flexible, proactive, and customer-focused professional
8. Outstanding German skills and proficient English skills and
9. Strong with Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel
