Your role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (all genders) to join our team in Trimbach (SO) and contribute to the optimization and growth of our brand, specifically our banner McOptic. The Marketing Manager leads and executes marketing strategies and 360 marketing campaigns, driving traffic and conversion, enhancing in‑store experience, and increasing brand visibility across all retail locations.
Main responsibilities
Retail Marketing Strategy
* Develop and implement localized marketing plans to support retail sales targets and brand positioning.
Campaign Management
* Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities across all retail channels.
Visual Merchandising
* Collaborate with the VM team to ensure brand consistency and engaging in‑store displays that drive conversion.
Trade Marketing
* Manage brands activation campaigns: budget, cross charge, yearly calendar, visibility to ensure on‑brand in‑store activations following the guidelines.
Customer Engagement
* Design and manage in‑store events, and community outreach initiatives to enhance customer retention and conversion.
Digital Integration
* Work closely with the digital team to align online and offline marketing efforts, including geo‑targeted ads and store‑specific promotions.
Performance Analysis
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, footfall, and ROI using analytics tools and retail KPIs.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
* Work very closely with marketing functions (CRM, social Media, Digital…) as well as Product/Category, Sales Team and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and gather feedback on marketing campaigns before, during, and after implementation.
Material Creation
* Work closely with both in‑house creative teams and external agencies (print and creative) to manage the production and print of campaign materials.
Budget Management
* Manage the allocated retail marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Your profile
* 2 to 6 years experience managing marketing communications for a retail/FMCG brand or consumer service within a fast‑paced commercial environment
* Experience of supporting marketing campaigns ideally with TV, radio, social and digital media.
* Experience in managing media and creative agencies.
* Excellent influencing, interpersonal and project management skills.
* Result‑driven and motivated by a customer service led environment.
* A confident communicator and accomplished presenter.
* Support in campaign budget management
* Hands‑on mentality with the ability to multi‑task requests from local and international stakeholders
Languages
* English: Fluent
* German: Fluent
* Other languages such as French or Italian would be a plus
