Pricing Strategy Manager
We are seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and pricing strategy development.

Key responsibilities include:
* Developing a comprehensive pricing strategy and framework in collaboration with Product Managers.
* Maintaining a competitive pricing and fair market value database.
* Creating a simplified, scalable approach to customer agreements to drive engagement.
* Defining brand price positioning and target pricing gaps aligned with revenue and market trends.
* Analyzing cost structures and price points using statistical and financial tools to ensure profitability.
* Generating insightful pricing and profitability reports for senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in social sciences, economics, or marketing, with a strong focus on research and data analysis.
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in pricing in an industrial company.
* Proven analytical skills, including financial modeling and pricing strategy development.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities to influence across functions.
* In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and production cost structures.
* Familiarity with sales cycles and the ability to deliver actionable data to support sales teams.
* Experience with pricing software such as PROS, Vendavo, or similar tools.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization).
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
