Your mission
* Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach).
* You will drive your own process—from prospecting to qualifying—and set up high-quality meetings for the senior sales team, always with a sense of urgency and accountability.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
* Work towards setting up qualified meetings for the enterprise sales team and ensure a smooth Customer Centric Handover.
* Continuously improve your knowledge of the market and product offerings, ensuring you stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
* Help build up the team and identify needed structures, implement tools and share your learnings with the team.

* Results-Driven: You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding your quota in your past roles. You want to win.
* Builder: In the absence of defined processes, you roll up your sleeves and help to create a structure that is needed to get the Job done.
* Effective Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills are top notch, helping you capture the attention of and build relationships even with senior prospects.
* Proficiency in German, additional languages are a plus!
