Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable applications using Rust
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product owners
* Contribute to software architecture and design discussions
* Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews
* Support integration with hardware or existing infrastructure in pharmaceutical environments
What you bring:
* Hands-on experience in software development using Rust (personal, academic, or professional projects welcome)
* Familiarity with systems programming, concurrency, and performance optimization
* Knowledge of or interest in regulated environments (pharma, medtech, biotech) is a plus
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
Nice to Have:
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Background in data processing, bioinformatics, or embedded systems
* Understanding of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) or validation processes
