Are you passionate about driving network performance to the next level?
In this role, you’ll take ownership of cell‑level optimisation and end‑to‑end quality for LTE/5G radio access networks (RAN) within your region. You will also play a key part in system‑level RAN optimisation, ensuring seamless connectivity and top‑tier service quality. The role starts on 1 April and is based in either Bussigny or Zurich.
Your Challenge
* Analyze and deliver solutions for all benchmark‑relevant activities
* Keep up‑to‑date with new RAN technologies, including 5G/5G SA
* Improve customer satisfaction (NPS)
* Find a compromise between costs, quality and time
* Deal with several groups and interfaces within Sunrise and external companies
* Fulfil parallel tasks and stick to deadlines
Your Skills
* University degree (ETH/EPFL) or university of applied sciences (FH), with engineering degrees such as Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
* Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications
* Knowledge in LTE and 5G technology (Huawei knowledge a plus)
* Project management abilities
* Analytical problem‑solving abilities
* Working in teams, initiative-driven
* English and one of the Swiss spoken language skills
