About the Role
As Commercial Manager / Commercial Director, you are responsible for the overall commercial performance of the brand, including revenue, profitability, pricing strategy, sales channels, and strategic business development. You actively drive the growth of an internationally positioned premium brand and act as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Management.
Your Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for revenue, margin, and profitability
* Development and execution of the overall commercial strategy
* Management and expansion of international sales channels and key accounts
* Identification and development of new markets, customers, and partnerships
* Responsibility for budget, forecasting, and performance KPIs
* Close collaboration with Marketing and Product Development on launches
* Leadership and development of the Commercial and Sales teams
* Negotiation of key contracts and strategic partnerships
* Regular reporting to Executive Management
Your Profile
* At least 7 to 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role (e.g. Commercial, Sales, Business Development)
* Experience in the premium, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle sector is a plus
* Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion
* Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with a hands‑on mindset
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Leadership experience and international market exposure
* Fluent in English and German
