JOIN US AS A STRATEGIC INVESTOR-OPERATOR

We are seeking an experienced investor-operator to take on the role of Co-CEO (Marketing & Growth). This is a rare and high-impact opportunity to:

- Invest early in a premium beauty brand at its inception.

- Lead growth strategy and drive global market expansion.

- Own equity in a brand poised for exponential growth and Swiss-made credibility.

Location: Fully Remote (with HQ in Switzerland)

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT

As our strategic investor-operator, you will play a central role in shaping and scaling Felika into a leading global luxury skincare brand. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Brand Vision & Market Positioning

- Define and execute the brand’s identity and storytelling, ensuring it resonates with luxury consumers across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

- Develop high-impact marketing strategies tailored to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and aspirational clients.

- Build a brand narrative that aligns with the values of elegance, boldness, and self-expression.

- Scale the DTC e-commerce platform (Shopify, Amazon Luxury, etc.) and implement subscription models for recurring revenue.

- Drive customer acquisition through:

- Influencer and celebrity collaborations

- Experiential marketing and immersive digital experiences

- Secure retail partnerships with high-end distributors and concept stores (e.g., Sephora, Harrods, Manor).

- Lead fundraising efforts from VCs, angels, and family offices, targeting €2M–€5M for Series A readiness.

- Prepare pitch decks, financial models, and cap table projections.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key investors and industry stakeholders.

- Recruit and lead a remote-first team in marketing, creative design, sales, and operations.

- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and alignment with luxury aesthetics.

- Ensure operational scalability and long-term brand integrity.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 7+ years in luxury beauty, consumer DTC brands, or venture investing.

- Track record in scaling brands to € 10 M+ revenue or leading successful startup exits.

- Growth Marketing expertise: SEO/SEM, paid ads, influencer/celebrity partnerships, brand storytelling.

- Financial acumen: Cap table management, valuation experience, M&A or IPO-readiness planning.

- Network: Strong connections in luxury retail, beauty media, and venture capital.

- Passionate about luxury skincare and science-backed beauty.

- Committed to hands-on execution, not just passive investment.

- Driven by vision, strategy, and results.
