We are looking for a Client Account Manager Multi Family Office to:
* Deliver exceptional and direct client service on a wide range of topics
* Manage the bank account opening and maintenance process for individuals, companies, and investment structures
* Prepare asset and wealth reports, and maintain our wealth reporting tool
* Regularly update and maintain our CRM system
* Handle company administration tasks such as expense management, travel planning, and various ad‑hoc responsibilities
Your Profile
* Passionate about your work and dedicated to contributing to the success of our firm
* Eager to expand your knowledge and explore a wide array of subjects to enhance your skills and develop in your role
* At least 5 years' experience in international Wealth Management and/or Family Office services
* In depth understanding of the account opening and maintenance processes for individuals, companies, and investment structures
* Strong understanding of financial markets
* A bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance (or in the process of obtaining one) is advantageous
* Fluency in both German and English
* Swiss work permit
