ANAVIA specializes in the design, development & manufacturing of vertical take-off & landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection or Mapping & Cargo.
Join us as an Assembly Technician, where you’ll play a key role in assembling, fitting, and installing advanced unmanned aircraft components—all while documenting processes, identifying issues, and driving continuous improvements that help shape the future of our technology.
Key tasks Timely execution of assigned assembly, maintenance and repair tasks while assuring work is performed strictly according work instructions and company quality processes.
Documented and traceable sub- assembly, final-assembly and repair & maintenance tasks performed on aircraft, payloads and other products.
Root cause and corrective action ideas on products and (sub)systems.
Other tasks Perform sub-assembly and final-assembly tasks.
Fit and install mechanical systems, electrical systems as well as avionics’ systems.
Collaborate with engineers, and other technicians to resolve assembly problems and improve processes.
Test assembled parts and systems to ensure proper function and compliance with regulations.
Maintain and follow health, safety and quality standards during the assembly process.
Qualifications Education: Completed technical education, such as auto mechanic, sheet metal worker, automation technician, aeromechanic or in a similar technical field.
Experience: At a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical function.
Solid technical and practical understanding of mechanical, mechatronic and electrical systems.
Process-oriented and structured work methods.
Responsible. Good technical understanding. Good communication skills.
Good language skills in German and English (oral and written).
